Use clear bay height, not full window height. Top rails, bottom rails, divider rails, and blade clearance all reduce the louver stack before spacing is calculated.
Keep paired panels symmetrical. If two panels meet at the center, use the same bay height, blade profile, and adjusted pitch so the louver lines meet cleanly.
