6Practical Piping Tips
Cut one test strip first: wrap it around the cord, stitch close to the cord, then compare the remaining seam allowance with the cushion seam before cutting the whole yardage.
Plan the join placement: diagonal joins are less bulky, but they still show on tight corners. Put joins on back edges, underside edges, or quiet side seams whenever possible.

How to Make Piping
