Common Sofa Bed Sizes and How to Measure
Chair (Cot) pullout beds have length of 37 until 65 inches and mattress width between 30 and 34 inches. Queen sleeper sofas reach 64 until 96 inches long with 58 until 62 inches width for the mattress. Normal queen sofa bed mattresses 60 inches wide and 80 inches long.
