If you do not provide a heavy duty electrical circuit for the laundry room, you will have to hire an electrician to install a new circuit.
Provide ventilation for the laundry room to prevent mold from grow in the room. Provide a waterproof pan under the washing machine to catch any water that may come from the washing machine should it leak. Ensure that there is enough clearance and storage for the laundry room.
The upper cabinet should be high enough to clear any stacked washing machine or dryers. Provide enough counter space for folding cloth. Include hamper slot and hanging rod in the laundry room.
